What happens at the end of your agreement?
01. You exercise the option and buy.
Purchase at the locked-in price, with your rent credit and option fee applied at closing. Your lender processes the mortgage and you close on a home you have already been living in.
02. You choose not to purchase
If your circumstances change, you're not obligated to buy. The option fee and credits are forfeited, but you've lived in a quality home with no further financial obligation.
